Tinted Heart is a rock trinket added in The Reheated Update.

Effects

• Upon taking damage, Golem has a 20% chance to drop a Half Red Heart or full Red Heart.
  • If the damage is explosive, Golem instead has a 35% chance to drop a Half Soul Heart or full Soul Heart, as well as drop a bonus bomb, key, or normal Chest.

Notes

• Red Heart drops created by Tinted Heart have a 1/3 chance to be a full Heart, while Soul Heart drops have a 1/4 chance.
• The chance for the bonus drop to be a Chest is 1/5, while the chance for a bomb or key are each 2/5.

Interactions

• Trinket Multipliers: The chance to drop a Heart, and the chance for that Heart to be a full heart are affected by trinket multipliers. No effect on the bonus drop's chances.
  • The chance to drop hearts are based on the following formulas (The "Trinket Multiplier" will be rounded down in the full heart chance calculation):
    • Red Hearts: 10 + 10 × Trinket Multiplier% chance, with a 1 ÷ (4 − Trinket Multiplier)% chance for a full Red Heart.
    • Soul Hearts: 14 + 20 × Trinket Multiplier% chance, with a 1 ÷ (5 − Trinket Multiplier)% chance for a full Soul Heart.
  • Henge Rock: Will increase the chance of a Heart drop for both types, but will not increase the chance for a Heart to be a full Heart, unless other Trinket Multipliers increase Henge Rock's multiplier to be equal or more than 1.
  • Golem + Smelter: When Tinted Heart's total multiplier is < 1, will reduce the chance of a Red Heart being a full Heart to 1/4, and the chance of a Soul Heart being a full Heart to 1/5.
• Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Tinted Heart rerolls it into Arcade Rock.

Trivia

• The adjusted drops when Golem takes explosive damage are based off of the possible drops from Tinted Rocks.
